Rev. Kearney began her ministry with us on Sunday, March 22, 2009.  Roberta, who was born in Wisconsin, moved to Pennsylvania with her family as a young teenager, via Seattle Washington.  A graduate of Albright College (in Reading, PA), she received a BA in Social Work and Urban Affairs.

For ten years Roberta responded to God's call on her life by serving in both the Pennsylvania Legislature, and as a Presbyterian elder. Wrestling most of this time with a call to attend seminary, she was a student at two Presbyterian seminaries, first attending Columbia in Decatur, GA, then graduating from Princeton Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in 1993. Roberta enjoys being out of doors, reading and board games.

Her joy in ministry is walking and talking with people as they explore, grow and struggle with matters of life and faith. Roberta loves helping people discover more about themselves and Christ's love for them. Nothing brings her greater joy than serving with people who find themselves coming alive in Christ, excited, and ready to serve Christ in the World.

Eleanor E. Focht, SPC, came to Faith Presbyterian Church in September 2002. Ms. Focht directs the following choirs at Faith Church: Senior Choir, Alpha Choir, and Adult Handbell Choir. She is a graduate of Heidelberg College, Tiffin, Ohio, and of Lancaster Theological Seminary, Lancaster, PA. She is a past Dean of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Guild of Organists. The SPC following her name stands for Service Playing Certificate that signifies she has passed this exam level that was administered by the national office of the American Guild of Organists.

Lynda Scheirer has been our church secretary since July 4, 1999. She and her husband Dick are members here at Faith Church. They have three children and five grandchildren. Lynda loves dogs and dedicates a good portion of her time to working with them and learning more about them. When she has free time, her nose is usually found in a book.
