Tim began serving as Pastor of Faith Presbyterian in September of 2011. He is married to Blair and they have a daughter, Maggie, and a dog, Lex. Tim has a passion for studying, teaching, and preaching the Word of God and inviting others to see the beauty, goodness and relevance of Scripture. He hopes to equip the church as active partners is God’s work of bringing healing, goodness and joy to Emmaus and to the world.

Tim previously served as the Associate Pastor of Christian Education at Covenant Presbyterian in Malvern, PA. Tim graduated with his Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ. Before that he spent several years working as the Director of Youth Ministry for Paoli Presbyterian Church in Paoli, PA. Tim received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton. Tim’s interests include baseball (Go Phillies!), music and spending as much time with family and friends as possible.

Eleanor E. Focht, SPC, came to Faith Presbyterian Church in September 2002. Ms. Focht directs the following choirs at Faith Church: Senior Choir, Alpha Choir, and Adult Handbell Choir. She is a graduate of Heidelberg College, Tiffin, Ohio, and of Lancaster Theological Seminary, Lancaster, PA. She is a past Dean of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Guild of Organists. The SPC following her name stands for Service Playing Certificate that signifies she has passed this exam level that was administered by the national office of the American Guild of Organists.

Lynda Scheirer has been our church secretary since July 4, 1999. She and her husband Dick are members here at Faith Church. They have three children and five grandchildren. Lynda loves dogs and dedicates a good portion of her time to working with them and learning more about them. When she has free time, her nose is usually found in a book.
